"Paul" Clinton is a native of Mississippi.
He graduated from Mississippi State University cum laude with a
Bachelor of Arts in both finance and business administration. Paul
worked for a savings bank for three years before returning to law
school at the University of Mississippi in 1988. Upon receipt of
his Juris Doctorate degree in 1991, Paul served as law clerk to
the Honorable Robert L. Gibbs, Circuit Court Judge in and for Hinds
County, Mississippi. He has been in private practice for the past
nine years. Paul's law practice is focused on creditor's rights
and detinue/replevin claims. He has also served as the managing
attorney at the firm since 1996. Paul is licensed to practice in
Alabama, Mississippi and Florida, and is a member of the Bar Association
in all three states.
